1.       Free trial

 

You may be offered a free trial of a subscription for service. You can cancel your subscription of free trial anytime by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes settings, or it will automatically renew. This must be done in 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.

 

Please note: Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

 

2.       Subscription

 

Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term. You can cancel your subscription through your iTunes settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, or it will automatically renew.

 

3.       Cancellation

When you delete your account on the app or uninstall the app from your device, your subscription won't cancel. If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but will continue to receive the subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed.

 

4.       Refund

 

Except when required by law, there are no refunds on paid subscriptions once the charge has gone through for the billing period.

 

Some purchases from the App Store might be eligible for a refund, and you could only contact App Store directly for request. 

 

5.       Changes

 

We may revise the subscription fees or terms from time to time permitted by law. We will give you a reasonable notice by posting the new price on the App and/or by sending you an email. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
